Talent Acquisition Intern

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work in the end-to-end hiring process, coordinate interviews and assessments, maintain an applicant tracking system, document 201 files for auditing purposes, and collaborate with various TA team members on recruitment projects. The intern must be enrolled in practicum/internship units, have strong attention to details and scheduling, proficiency in MS Office applications, good communication skills, and an interest in the gaming industry is a plus. The intern will receive an internship allowance, work from home/hybrid setup, and provided with work equipment.

• Good communication skills speaking to candidates
• Willing to work on a hybrid setup (once a week)

Responsibilities

• Work in end-to-end hiring process of candidates
• Support the coordination of interviews and assessments
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and compile 201 files from new hires and existing employees
• Document 201 files from time to time for auditing purposes
• Collaborate with various TA team members on various recruitment projects

Preferred Qualifications

Interest in the gaming industry is a plus
