You will own the end-to-end recruiting process, reporting directly to the CEO. This role involves sourcing top candidates, optimizing recruitment processes, and managing candidate relationships. While this is an unpaid internship, it provides significant autonomy and learning opportunities. The role can be based in Berlin or remote.

Requirements

• Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex operational processes
• Have a strong passion for actively and passively hiring investment and tech positions
• Feel comfortable taking on the challenges of a high-volume recruitment role
• Be a digital native person who feels comfortable working online and with Social Media
• Be result-driven with a “can-do” attitude
• Be proactive and customer-oriented
• Approach work in a highly structured and pragmatic way in order to master various challenges at the same time
• Love to manage different stakeholders with your winning and charming character
• Have excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Execute a solid and measurable end-to-end recruiting process for various business and investment positions
• Plan and implement the best sourcing strategy including headhunting to attract top candidates
• Provide a first-class candidate experience by building and maintaining great candidate relationships
• Optimize recruitment processes
• Use Social Media as a sourcing and attraction platform to promote our Employer Brand through content Marketing
