You will source, interview, and hire top talent, partner with hiring managers, optimize hiring processes, and leverage AI tools. Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of progressive recruiting experience
  • Comfortable recruiting across both commercial (sales/marketing) and less complex technical roles (Tech support), with enough tech acumen to hold your own in conversations with hiring managers
  • Know how to partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners, building trust and guiding them to the right hiring decisions—even when they don’t want to hear it
  • Excited about the intersection of recruiting and AI and eager to join a team driving the next generation of human-AI blended hiring approaches
  • Comfortable with ATS platforms (Greenhouse and Workday preferred), leverage them to optimize hiring processes and ensure smooth workflows
  • Provide 11-star candidate experiences because you know great hiring starts with great relationships
  • Excel at blending the best of agency-style speed with in-house finesse, balancing urgency with quality, managing a rec load of up to 15 roles, and always having your team’s back

  • Find & attract top talent – Source, interview, and win the best candidates for our Marketplace using a competitor-beating personalized approach
  • Be the hiring manager’s secret weapon – Partner closely to define roles, influence decisions, and guide hiring strategies
  • Deliver an 11-star candidate experience – Keep candidates engaged, informed, and excited every step of the way
  • Optimize & innovate – Contribute to process improvements, leverage AI tools, and support our transition from Greenhouse to Workday
  • Stay compliant & ahead of trends – Ensure our recruiting process follows legal standards and keeps up with industry shifts
  • Be a key player in our hiring evolution – Collaborate with your colleagues globally to support our transition to AI-driven recruiting and refine our processes as we scale
