Join Scede as a Senior Talent Partner and contribute to the success of our clients in the Commercial/Go To Market space. Partnered remotely with one client at a time, you will be responsible for managing the entire hiring pipeline, from sourcing to offer negotiation. You will utilize innovative recruitment techniques, build strong client relationships, and guide clients to optimize their recruitment strategies. This role requires experience in Commercial/GTM recruitment, a proven track record of achieving hiring goals, and familiarity with various recruitment tools and technologies. As a senior team member, you will mentor and coach others, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Requirements

  • Experience working as an accountable, autonomous recruiter in the Commercial/GTM space
  • A consistent track record of achieving your goals within recruitment with hiring targets and implementing improvements within a hiring process
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, HR software, databases as well as candidate management systems
  • Evidence of innovative and creative sourcing knowledge
  • Experience of following a process within candidate management
  • Involvement in utilising data and recruitment metrics and utilising these to make improvements
  • Actively participating in team and stakeholder meetings and rituals, making recommendations and suggestions for improvements
  • Experience working with or being accountable to stakeholders, this includes building strong trusting relationships and seeking ways to continually develop those relationships

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a hiring pipeline
  • Take initiative, be proactive and work autonomously on your pipeline
  • Manage the candidate journey and selection process, including offer negotiation, ensuring a great experience at all times
  • Use modern, innovative and creative approaches and technologies to identify and engage passive talent
  • Build strong trusting relationships with customer stakeholders to understand their department, how they work and how you can best help them to achieve their hiring needs
  • Guide your customer to optimise their approach to recruitment: including assessments, interviewer training, employer branding, D&I initiatives and process improvements
  • Monitor and report on key talent acquisition metrics and use this data to influence the decisions you make when advising your customer
  • Actively contribute to your project team rituals from stand-ups to roundtables, and also the wider Scede team by coaching and perhaps mentoring others
  • Be proactive in developing your own capability and skill set, continuously looking to improve
  • Utilise and optimise the ATS, ensuring you’re continuously maintaining and updating candidate records in a timely manner
  • On an ad-hoc basis and of your own volition, you’ll visit clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with mentoring or coaching junior recruiters, either formally or informally
  • You enjoy building and championing relationships with key stakeholders
  • You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • You adopt a can-do, positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and finding solutions with an ‘always learning’ mentality
