Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition with exposure to graduate or early careers hiring across tech and non-tech functions
• Expertise in successfully managing high-volume recruitment projects across multiple geographies
• Familiarity with global recruitment practices with an ability to navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, adept at successfully influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
• Passion for delivering exceptional candidate experience at every single touchpoint

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for graduate roles from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer management, ensuring a seamless and efficient process
• Partner closely with hiring teams and key stakeholders to align on job requirements, recruitment strategies, and ensure timely delivery across multiple regions
• Champion an outstanding candidate experience by ensuring transparency, maintaining regular communication and effectively managing expectations throughout the recruitment process
• Meet ambitious hiring targets, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to graduate recruitment
• Take a data-driven approach to identifying bottlenecks and process inefficiencies and proactively address challenges and adapt strategies to meet evolving recruitment needs and deliver the best outcomes
