The Talent Rewards Analyst will work directly with key stakeholders to advise and manage our compensation and benefits strategies. Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR analysis in a fast-paced, high-growth work environment
- Experience scaling compensation programs during periods of significant company growth
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience working with HR systems and compensation tools, including Excel, HRIS platforms, and compensation benchmarking tools
- Skilled at partnering with HR teams to build effective compensation strategies and ensure internal equity
- Experience creating, measuring, and scaling rewards programs between employees and HR teams
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data and information with confidentiality
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in a start-up environment is preferred, with a tech start-up being a plus
- Degree educated from a reputable university
- Highly analytical, motivated, fast learner, and resourceful
Responsibilities
- Support the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain top talent
- Build relationships and collaborate with HR leaders to understand talent needs and align rewards strategies with business goals
- Define and implement compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Partner closely with the Head of Human Resources to align processes, collect reporting metrics, and analyze compensation and benefits data
- Ensure that all compensation activities provide a positive experience for employees while maintaining compliance with local and global regulations
- Provide creative solutions to optimize compensation packages and meet hiring plans
- Leverage data-driven insights to present recommendations and reports on compensation and benefits to leadership
- Cultivate a strong employer brand image by creating and maintaining competitive rewards packages
- Track and analyze HR metrics related to compensation and benefits and make data-driven improvements
- Support strategic projects related to rewards and benefits that benefit the wider business
- Understand start-up dynamics and how to overcome potential obstacles in compensation and benefits strategies for a growing organization
