Product Analyst

Summary

Join Vivid, a dynamic fintech company, as a seasoned Data Analyst to shape our product strategy through in-depth quantitative analysis. You will be responsible for understanding our business processes through data analysis, designing key metrics, creating dashboards, formulating A/B testing hypotheses, translating data into actionable recommendations, and developing an in-depth understanding of product growth drivers. This senior-level position requires proficiency in SQL, experience with BI tools, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. A hybrid or fully remote work model is offered, with relocation support to Cyprus available. A competitive salary and benefits package are provided.

Requirements

• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights
• Basic understanding of statistics and A/B testing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
• Team player with strong collaborative skills

Responsibilities

• Understand our business and its processes through our data
• Design key metrics to measure different aspects of the business
• Maintain and create new dashboards to track metrics and visualise insights
• Formulate hypotheses for A/B testing, design, analyse results
• Translate data into recommendations that stakeholders can understand, guiding decision-making and building strategic consensus
• Develop in-depth analytical understanding of what drives growth for the product and how it can be improved

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Python and willingness to develop these skills
• Experience in B2B business, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment
