They are hiring a Talent Sourcer (Contract) to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles across the business. The Talent Sourcer will develop sourcing strategies, engage with passive candidates, collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers, conduct market research, and use data-driven approaches.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Talent Sourcer for Technical positions
• Expertise in sourcing techniques: proficient using a variety of sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, Boolean techniques
• Strong research skills: ability to conduct deep research to identify potential candidates, industry trends, and competitive intelligence
• Strong interpersonal skills, and a getting-things-done mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; you can handle multiple sourcing projects and dynamic priorities without missing a beat

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-potential candidates through various channels
• Proactively engage with passive candidates, building and maintaining relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy tailored to those needs
• Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and the talent landscape
• Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and report on key metrics

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus Experience: Sourcing for Revenue profiles e.g. SDRs, RevOps Managers etc
