Teaching Assistant

Join Correlation One as a Teaching Assistant and contribute to shaping the AI economy! We're hiring for Cybersecurity training programs launching in 2025. This role involves supporting learners in a virtual environment, providing office hours, grading assignments, and collaborating with instructors. The position requires cybersecurity experience, teaching experience, and a relevant degree or certification. Onboarding and training materials are provided. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• One year of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field with a degree or approved credentials; If no related degree, 2+ years of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field
• Previous teaching or learner support experience, ideally in a remote environment
• Post-secondary degree or other credentials in Cybersecurity or a related field
• CompTIA Security+ certification

Responsibilities

• Attend all LIVE lectures, for the training program
• Provide one hour of “Drop - In Office Hours” per week ( 1 hour per week )
• Attend the TA Weekly Meeting ( 1 hour each week )
• If you are unable to attend the TA Weekly meeting please anticipate that you will need to offer an additional Drop In Office Hour for program participants
• Be available for 1:1 office hour requests with assigned learners based on availability. You may set these hours within our parameters, for your convenience. ( up to max 2 hours per week )
• Complete grading of Fellow’s deliverables ( 3 hours each week )
• Work with fellow instructors/TAs and the Correlation One team on ways to improve learner experience (Note: you will be paired with a fellow TA to support a cohort of learners)
