Teaching Assistant

Summary

Join Correlation One as a Teaching Assistant and help shape the future of the AI economy! We're looking for Data Analytics professionals with exceptional communication and leadership skills to support our learners in virtual training programs launching in 2025. You'll facilitate learning, provide support, and contribute to a positive learning environment. The role involves attending live lectures, holding office hours, grading assignments, and collaborating with other instructors. Prior teaching experience is a plus. Requirements

• Be a Data Analytics professional with exceptional leadership, communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Possess empathy, flexibility, and patience; a passion for working with diverse learners new to data analytics content
• Have experience operating in a fully virtual environment
• Have excellent written and spoken English language skills
• Have working experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, Zoom, and Slack

Responsibilities

• Attend live onboarding session
• Attend all LIVE lectures for the training program
• Provide one hour of “Drop-In Office Hours” per week
• Attend the TA Weekly Meeting (1 hour each week)
• Offer an additional Drop-In Office Hour if unable to attend the TA Weekly meeting
• Be available for 1:1 office hour requests with assigned learners (up to 2 hours per week)
• Complete grading of Fellow’s deliverables (3 hours each week)
• Work with fellow instructors/TAs and the Correlation One team on ways to improve learner experience

Preferred Qualifications

Have prior teaching experience with adult learners
