Summary
Join our team as a Team Building Facilitator to design and facilitate virtual workshops focused on team building, decision-making, and leadership development. As a part-time role, you will work remotely and be responsible for implementing professional development assessment tools, leading sessions, and conducting follow-up sessions.
Requirements
- Proven track record in facilitating workshops and training sessions, ideally with a focus on team and leadership development
- Experience in using virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom to conduct sessions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of engaging a remote, diverse audience
- Experience in creating and leading exercises that promote team trust, communication, and conflict resolution
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare agendas for a series of virtual workshops
- Facilitate Workshop focused on team building, decision-making, and leadership development
- Implement professional development assessment tools to gauge team dynamics and individual contributions
- Lead sessions using a mix of interactive activities and strategic exercises to achieve specific workshop goals
- Conduct one to three additional follow-up virtual sessions to evaluate progress and extend training as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Preferably with previous experience working with federal agencies or in a technical or scientific environment
