Summary

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management in a highly dynamic software development environment
• Technology stack: Java, Microservices must have experience; AWS would be a plus
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire
• Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and rituals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Technical background with the ability to understand and guide software development processes

Responsibilities

• Manage developers and projects to deliver high-quality features promptly
• Collaborate with the Product team to groom user stories and manage sprint expectations
• Work closely with developers to design, implement, review, and maintain software
• Triage support team-identified issues and escalate as needed for swift resolution
• Lead and own the entire release process of microservices
• Facilitate and participate in all agile rituals to ensure team efficiency and alignment
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for your team
