Content Team Lead

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in ASVAB content development and assessment writing

• Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Develop content and assessment questions to support the Army program
• Oversee the design and content development of the ASVAB competition and training
• Lead a team, hire and manage
• Participate in weekly meetings with the C1 content team
• Write and edit course materials, such as lesson plans, presentations, and assessments
• Review and revise existing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in education is preferred but not required
• Experience with learning and content management systems (preferred, but not required)

Benefits

• Compensation range: $85-115/hr, depending on experience
