Team Lead

Summary

Join Orchard Brokerage and lead a high-performing team of 25-30 real estate agents. Orchard provides agents with up to 12 seller appointments a month, access to unique client products, and best-in-class training and support. Recruit, support, and coach your team to help customers achieve their buying and selling goals, earning a share of their production. The position offers competitive splits, and agents receive up to 100 appointments annually per team member. Orchard provides unique products like the Equity Advance and Concierge services, along with access to in-house mortgage and title services. The role is commission-only, with average earnings ranging from $120,000 to $200,000+ annually for a fully ramped team lead.

Requirements

• An active and unrestricted Arizona real estate license and are located in the Greater Phoenix area
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent
• 2+ years of experience managing or mentoring real estate agents
• A proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Demonstrated ability to effectively coach a team, develop skills, and produce results
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and verbal
