Requirements

  • Excellent English skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
  • 1–3 years of experience in training lead role
  • Analytical and research skills
  • Ability to work under with large groups of trainees
  • Positive, responsible and proactive attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)

Responsibilities

  • Set clear objectives, communicate expectations, goals and feedback to the team regularly and resolve any concerns or issues actively
  • Recognize and address underperformance, provide feedback and relevant coaching
  • Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Support and guide team members to ensure they meet their individual targets and KPIs
  • Monitor queues to identify critical tickets that require immediate attention
  • Reassign tickets from unavailable team members

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Klaus, Zendesk
