Join MGID, a leading native advertising company, as our Team Lead of affiliate Account Managers. You will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing client relationships, promoting company products, and ensuring client retention. This role requires strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of the online advertising industry, and experience managing operational processes. You will control client service quality, monitor team performance, and provide regular reports. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of AdTech/MarTech experience and 4+ years in a management position. This position offers the opportunity to work with major international brands and contribute to a dynamic team.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in AdTech, MarTech
- 4+ years experience in a management/leadership position, building and managing operational processes
- Deep knowledge and understanding of the online advertising industry, technologies
- Experience of cooperation and understanding of the peculiarities of working with affiliate clients, content arbitrage and search arbitrage
- Deep understanding of a product and its technical and integration peculiarities (integration through pixels, third-party tags, post-backs, GA integration)
- Experience in implementing complex digital projects
- Able to think strategically; uses critical thinking in effective decision making, effectively analyzes information and uses predictive analytics to make decisions, performs retrospectives
- Needs to be available for business trips across Europe
- Fluent English
Responsibilities
- Control and responsibility for the quality of the MGID's client service/performance in a specific country
- Responsible that functional processes, goals and all global standards are observed, followed, executed by the team
- Informs account management teams about all the updates of any changes in workflow
- Distribution of clients between account managers monitors clients' transfer process and participates in client's transfer procedures adjustments
- Monitor the team working with requests to other departments/with Hubspot
- Holding regular meetings with AMs, discussing client updates, and ideas for client development. Providing and receiving feedback on the account manager's performance
- Provides quarterly, monthly, and weekly reports or reports upon request regarding the current results, issues, and workflow processes of the team
- Gives tasks and performs supervision of junior team members
- Interacts with different departments (sales team, publisher, legal, finance, creative), consolidates the initiatives/ ideas from different GEO teams for further product/process upgrade
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Native ads or any advertising platform, or similar ad-serving solutions is a strong plus
