Requirements

• You have experience in Media Buying and know how to build Demand Generation and Demand Capturing
• Ideally, you have already gained experience in leading a small team
• You have an absolute Growth Mindset and feel strongly connected to the Start-up world and SaaS & B2B Scale-Ups

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the account performance for some of the fastest growing B2B SaaS Scale-Ups in the DACH region
• You will lead strategic initiatives, communication, and manage projects and stakeholders internally and externally
• You will conceptualize strategies for Paid Social & Search Accounts and optimize campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, etc
• You will lead a 5-person Paid Growth Team
