Join our team as a Paid Growth Manager and take on the responsibility of leading strategic initiatives, managing accounts, and developing a paid growth team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the account performance of some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS scale-ups in the DACH region
- Lead strategic initiatives, communication, and project management internally and externally (with CMO, VP, or Head of Marketing on client side)
- Conceive strategies for paid social and search accounts and think daily about how campaigns can be continuously optimized on LinkedIn, Google, etc
- Accompany campaigns from lead and demand generation to closed won and have the opportunity to actively shape them
- Oversee the account performance of some of the fastest-growing B2B SaaS scale-ups in the DACH region
- Steer and develop a 5-person paid growth team consisting of performance marketers and account strategists
- Together with the leadership team, implement product and service strategies, shape the company culture, and receive support for personal development through leadership coaching
