Requirements
- Have the ability and motivation to be a hands-on servant leader for a cross-functional development team
- Have profound experience in software development, and thrive on concepts like SOLID, TDD and DDD
- Have significant experience with PHP
- Have at least some experience development web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Angular
- Speak and understand English very well
Responsibilities
- Be the technical and disciplinary leader of a new cross-functional software development team, working on our Wave platform
- Take active part as a developer in the teamβs work
- Coach and mentor individual team members to help them grow personally and professionally
- Evangelize best of class development practices in your team
- Work closely with your Product Owner and Scrum Master to help the team reach its goals
- Work closely with other team leads and engineers in the roadsurfer engineering organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with the Symfony framework
- Have experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Have knowledge of CI/CD and monitoring and logging tools like Kibana or Grafana
