Team Leader

Summary

Join Altium's Enterprise Team as a Team Leader and lead a team of developers working on Altium 365 enterprise projects. You will manage projects, collaborate with internal and customer engineering teams, investigate and resolve performance issues, and write and review code (50% of your time). This role requires 3+ years of team and project leadership experience, 10+ years of software engineering experience, and senior-level .NET and C# skills. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within team and project leadership
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• Experience working in reputable companies with international teams
• Willingness to learn Altium 365 Platform and new technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a "Getting Things Done" attitude
• Senior-level knowledge of .NET platform and C# language (.NET framework, .NET Core, REST API, etc.)
• Resolving production issues (analyzing application logs, crash dumps, tracing, etc.)
• Practical experience in multithreading and asynchronous operations

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an engineering team and projects
• Collaborate with both Altium's and customers' engineering teams
• Investigate and resolve performance issues and specific cases
• Write and review code (50% of the time)
• Collaborate with Enterprise customers
• Collaborate with Customer Success
• Collaborate with Product Managers
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance
• Oversee daily team operations
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle
