Summary

The Team Leader role involves overseeing team performance, communication, task management, coaching, and administrative tasks for a US Personal Injury law firm. The position requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, proficiency in using productivity tools, data analysis skills, and demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members. The preferred schedule is Pacific Time (PST) from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Slack, Google Drive, and VPN software
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • US Personal Injury law firm experience is a must
  • Willing to work in Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST)
  • With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core I5 above or equivalent & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps

Responsibilities

  • Oversee various aspects of team performance, including communication, task management, coaching, and administrative tasks
  • Monitor communication channels for timesheet disputes, tickets, client/task related issues, and feedback
  • Conduct follow-ups on unresolved issues and escalate when necessary
  • Coordinate VPN access and troubleshoot any related issues
  • Track team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze data to assess individual and team performance against set targets
  • Prepare daily coaching sessions for team members, focusing on performance improvement and skill development
  • Develop coaching materials and resources as needed
  • Address performance issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
  • Manage administrative tasks
  • Perform end-of-week (EOW) and attendance scrubbing to ensure accuracy of records
  • Maintain and update team trackers to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Streamline processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with Performance Optimization Supervisor (POS) and Client Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Conduct daily onboarding sessions for new team members, providing them with necessary information and resources to integrate smoothly into the team
