Team Manager

Summary

Join Veeva Systems, a leading life sciences industry cloud company, as a leader in our professional services team. You will oversee Vault RIM implementations for Life Sciences customers across Europe, ensuring seamless delivery, talent development, and operational excellence. This role requires leading a high-performing team of consultants and project managers, advising customers on implementation strategies, and contributing to proposals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software implementation within the life sciences industry, along with experience managing professional services consultants. Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on software implementation experience at a software vendor or consulting firm within the life sciences R&D or healthcare space
• 2+ years experience of managing professional services consultants
• Experience rolling out new services or software products
• Proficiency in the regulatory processes and technologies of pharmaceutical, animal health, or medtech R&D

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing team of consultants and project managers through consistent, transparent coaching and feedback
• Be a trusted advisor to customers on implementation approach, methodology, and leading practices
• Provide thought leadership on the practice’s processes, tools, and offerings
• Contribute to proposals and collaborate with account teams during the sales process

Preferred Qualifications

• Managed technical delivery in a global setting
• Data & content migration experience
