Requirements

• +4 years managing and developing tech teams with hands-on leadership
• Proven expertise in AI frameworks, machine learning, and data-driven architecture
• Strong coding background in Golang, Node.js, and ReactJS, plus solid AWS knowledge
• Skilled in agile development and test-driven design; ready to serve as Deputy Scrum Master
• Passionate about mentoring engineers and raising technical standards
• You’re proactive, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills
