Requirements

• Proven experience in the technical coordination of teams
• Ability to maintain a positive relationship with the product area
• Ability to manage the team aligned with the expectations of the product area
• Solid experience in system development in Microsoft .Net and Java environments
• Advanced knowledge of Code First, APIs, Microservices, Migrations, and Entity Framework
• Knowledge of good architecture practices in Cloud and API Manager
• Experience with Bitbucket, CI-CD Azure Devops, and Jira
• Ability to implement and execute unit tests
• Advanced knowledge of design patterns such as Builder Pattern, Inheritance, and Polymorphism
• Experience with SQL Server MSSQL databases

Responsibilities

• Develop technological solutions using current market technologies such as .Net and Java
• Perform peer code reviews, contributing to the quality of the delivered code
• Coordinate technical teams, guiding members in project development
• Maintain a positive relationship with the product area, acting as a bridge between the Product Owner (PO) and the team
• Manage the team aligned with the expectations of the product area
• Participate in refinements with the PO and propose technical solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Azure, preferably in project hosting
