Tech Lead

Join Datahouse, a leading provider of data & software solutions, as a Tech Lead! Contribute to the development of a new module in our SaaS solution, "Wüest Dimensions," for fund business planning. You will lead a team of specialists, guide them with your technical skills, and collaborate with product owners and business partners. Requirements

• University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience (min. one year on a complex, long-running project)
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and in designing and operating containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm, OpenShift, etc.)
• Development lifecycle management, in particular Git / BitBucket and working with Pull Requests
• Good familiarity with agile development methodologies, especially SCRUM
• Highly organized team player with an agile mindset who brings excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English language, written and verbal

• Understand, analyze and translate business needs into innovative software solutions
• Design efficient, scalable and high-quality software architecture aligned with business objectives
• Work closely with product owners and business partners to clarify, refine and enhance requirements as well as foster an open culture of knowledge sharing within and across team
• Guide your team with your technical skills and grow alongside a diverse group of leaders
