Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Proven track record of leading teams and working in product-driven companies
• Including security aspects and session management
• Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing Java applications, along with familiarity with monitoring tools for production environments
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience with agile methodologies
• Advanced Problem-Solving and Decision-Making Skills
• Ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Competence in defining clear objectives and ensuring the team meets project milestones
• Experience guiding and leading teams to successful project deliveries within deadlines and budgets
• Proven success in hiring, mentoring, and developing engineering talent
• Active contribution to aligning technological strategies with broader organizational objectives

Responsibilities

• Define team objectives and project goals, ensuring alignment with the company's broader strategies and objectives
• Lead and supervise the engineering team, ensuring deliverables are completed within established deadlines and budgets
• Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members, fostering a productive and growth-oriented environment
• Collaborate with other technical leaders, aligning technology strategies and contributing to the evolution of the company's technical direction
• Ensure the technical quality of deliverables, providing guidance and support in solving complex problems
• Act as a facilitator in communication between technical and non-technical teams, promoting an efficient and aligned workflow
