Tech Lead

Summary

The job is for a tech and team leader responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing innovative cryptocurrency platforms at NGRAVE, a blockchain technology provider. The role involves managing the implementation of new features, translating business requirements into technological choices, leading development teams, maintaining existing functionalities, performing code reviews, collaborating with other teams, and reporting directly to the CTO.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in English
• Having an abstract vision over projects comes naturally for you
• You do not mind jumping between development, analysis, and meetings
• You are a crypto and blockchain enthusiast or willing to learn in that field
• You are autonomous, proactive and capable of self-training

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the design, architecture and implementation of innovative cryptocurrency platforms
• You are responsible for managing the implementation of new features according to our ambitious roadmap that is at the forefront of security innovation in the crypto space
• You will discuss and challenge business stakeholders regularly internal as well as international partners and external experts in the financial sector
• You lead the maintenance of existing functionalities on our front- and backend applications (written in Flutter and Nest respectivelyJS) while continuously identifying and implementing improvements in performance and security
• You will act as a tech and team leader for developers, assigning technical tasks, leading standups and technical deep dives. You will also perform code reviews for your team members on a regular basis, and help them solve technical challenges
• You will be responsible for the technical analysis and architectural choices for critical projects
• You will steer your team to the successful delivery of allocated projects, while also supporting them in development challenges on a daily basis
• You will collaborate with designers, testers, customer service and business stakeholders to safeguard fast resolutions to any challenges
