Requirements

• 4 years of experience in Node.JS software design and application development
• Ability to successfully manage remote teams
• Understanding of high-level application architecture definition
• Experience in requirement analysis
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop characteristics and improvements to services and products safely and according to company standards
• Write technical documentation
• Resolve high-level and complex technical problems
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and best practices for high-scale services and products
• Diagnose and prevent performance and optimization problems, particularly at large scale
• Provide tutoring to team members to help them develop technical skills and remove obstacles to their autonomy and agility
• Provide architecture and design guidance to the team
• Be available to resolve critical issues as needed
• Lead the Software Engineering team
• Integrate with different areas of the organization
• Drive platform advancement according to business needs
• Provide appropriate technical documentation to all Engineering team members
• Ensure the performance, security, and availability of the platform
