Technical Account Manager, Remote - Philippines

Requirements

• Experience in an MSP type of environment
• Account / Client Management principles and practices
• Strong technical capability in areas such as Microsoft Azure, Office365, Active Directory, Group policy and Networking
• Commercial acumen with ability to spot opportunities for upgrades and sales revenue
• Demonstrated experience dealing with C-level executives (preferred)
• Experience with ConnectWise (preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a managed services, outsourcing or professional services environment (preferred but not required)
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City Office / Alabang , Muntinlupa office
