Requirements

  • Experience in Help Desk, Customer Support, Technical Account Management, Consulting, or other technical, customer-facing roles within the security industry
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
  • Experience utilizing REST APIs to solve business problems
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and have an ongoing desire to stay current with the latest technologies
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Onboard, train, and enable new BHE customers
  • Identify churn risk and implement success plans to restore customer health
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to remediate customer security misconfigurations
  • Drive effective communications with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain regular and effective communication with customers
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and work with internal teams to ensure that critical issues are documented and escalated for resolution
  • Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to build requirements and product features in support of retaining existing customers
  • Develop solutions or prototypes that improve customer value recognition, leading towards development of new features
