Technical Architect

Summary

The job is for a Technical Architect specializing in Drupal, working remotely in India. The role involves guiding technical application design and leading technical teams to help Acquia's clients across various industries make the most of Drupal and open source. The position requires 6+ years of experience with at least 2+ years as a Technical Architect.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with at least 2+ years as a Technical Architect
• Experience building, leading and architecting Drupal applications
• Experience in development tools such as Git, Composer, Drush, Lando / DDev / Cloud IDEs, etc
• Experience with complex Drupal development tasks including custom module development using the Drupal API system and hooks/events from major Drupal core systems
• Experience contributing to code reviews, design of technical solutions, team management, story grooming and estimations

Responsibilities

Guide and drive technical application design for Acquia customers and lead technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience with other CMS technologies, Marketing Technology, and/or open-source technologies is a plus
• Experience working in a consulting or agency environment with direct interaction with enterprise level clients
