Summary

Join our team as a Technical Business Analyst - Product Quality and enhance product quality and developer experience by analyzing key metrics and performance indicators.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in tools such as SLQ, Excel, or analytics platforms (e.g, Tableau, Power BI) for performance measurement and reporting
  • Familiarity with various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and how they impact delivery
  • Experience in defining, tracking, and analyzing KPIs to measure project and team performance
  • Knowledge of industry standards and practices for performance assessment
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
  • Ability to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in Agile practices and working in cross-functional teams to enhance delivery effectiveness
  • Skilled in eliciting and documenting business requirements to align with performance objectives
  • Ability to communicate insights and performance metrics to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and facilitate discussions between various teams
  • Several years of experience in business analysis, project management, or performance improvement roles
  • Involvement in projects focused on improving operational performance or delivering technical solutions
  • Relevant certifications in business analysis (CBAP), project management (PMP), or specific performance improvement methodologies can enhance credibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze developer experience metrics to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall productivity and satisfaction
  • Track and report on engineering performance metrics, such as DORA metrics, to assess development efficiency and identify areas for improvement
  • Use tools and insights (e.g., LinearB) to report on delivery performance, analyzing team throughput and identifying bottlenecks in the delivery process
  • Provide insights into team capacity and allocation, using frameworks from the Technical Project Manager to ensure effective resource utilization
  • Track and report on delivery metrics and other quality indicators to support continuous improvement and ensure high standards of product delivery
