Summary

The job is for a 100% remote Technical Business Analyst position at fusionSpan, a dynamic organization. Requirements

• At least 3+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm (or other large enterprises)
• At least 3+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects
• At least 2 years of independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis of implementation projects for related technologies
• Demonstrated successful solution crafting
• Salesforce implementation or administration experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis services for enterprise-level projects across various phases and platforms
• Implement and manage features within Salesforce, including scoping, gap analysis, architectural design, module configuration, documentation development, Business QA testing, administrative tasks, data migration, SOQL queries, report generation, dashboard creation, platform maintenance, third-party managed packages installation, troubleshooting associated issues, and Jira ticket management
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and review requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Provide training and support to end-users and power users on new system features
• Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams and time zones, attending daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies as required
• Engage in integration meetings with third-party systems for complex solutions, working closely with development team members to devise innovative solutions
• Offer insights and recommendations to company leadership based on project insights
• Uphold project methodologies and procedures, ensuring adherence across projects, platforms, features, teams, divisions, and company-wide processes
• Collaborate with data analysts to understand and fulfill data requirements
• Collaborate with product owners and development teams to deliver work products on time and within budget
