Requirements
- You have over five years of experience in data roles, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech
- Data governance is second nature to you, with a strong grasp of frameworks like DAMA DMBoK or DCAM
- You're hands-on in at least two key areas, whether itโs ensuring data quality, securing sensitive information, integrating systems, or refining data models
- Cloud technologies, particularly AWS, are familiar territory, and SQL is a tool you wield with confidence
- You understand the intricacies of ETL processes, data mapping, and integration, making complex datasets work seamlessly
- Collaboration is key in your approachโyou facilitate workshops, engage with cross-functional teams, and translate technical insights into clear, actionable strategies
- In fast-paced Agile environments, you thrive, balancing structure with adaptability to drive meaningful data solutions
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Promote best practices in data management across teams
- Model and document business and technical processes , recommending improvements
- Develop solution designs (data flows, process maps, data models, and dictionaries)
- Ensure scalability, reusability, and consistency in documentation
- Lead documentation standards and best practices
- Support change management , including training and impact assessments
- Conduct data analysis to improve quality, consistency, and optimization
- Communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable insights
- Build subject matter expertise in key data and system areas
