Requirements

• You have over five years of experience in data roles, ideally within Financial Services or FinTech
• Data governance is second nature to you, with a strong grasp of frameworks like DAMA DMBoK or DCAM
• You're hands-on in at least two key areas, whether it’s ensuring data quality, securing sensitive information, integrating systems, or refining data models
• Cloud technologies, particularly AWS, are familiar territory, and SQL is a tool you wield with confidence
• You understand the intricacies of ETL processes, data mapping, and integration, making complex datasets work seamlessly
• Collaboration is key in your approach—you facilitate workshops, engage with cross-functional teams, and translate technical insights into clear, actionable strategies
• In fast-paced Agile environments, you thrive, balancing structure with adaptability to drive meaningful data solutions

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Promote best practices in data management across teams
• Model and document business and technical processes , recommending improvements
• Develop solution designs (data flows, process maps, data models, and dictionaries)
• Ensure scalability, reusability, and consistency in documentation
• Lead documentation standards and best practices
• Support change management , including training and impact assessments
• Conduct data analysis to improve quality, consistency, and optimization
• Communicate findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable insights
• Build subject matter expertise in key data and system areas
