Requirements

• Have at least one year of experience in a customer support or other service-oriented customer-facing role
• Be experienced in writing support content
• Have a high level of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer issues via email, chat, and video conferencing
• Create and update documentation based on customer interactions
• Solve customer problems while delighting them along the way
• Collaborate with Product and Development Teams to define and shape the product goals, roadmap, priorities, and strategy based on your frontline knowledge of customer needs
• Continually research and learn the current and future best practices for using Apify
• Suggest and implement improvements to support processes using automation and AI

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience with programming in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Have experience using the command line
