Technical Documentation Engineer

Summary

Join Tether and become a hands-on technical writer, contributing to the documentation of our open-source projects and platform products. You will proactively update documentation to keep pace with rapid development, write and improve guides and FAQs, and develop high-quality application examples. Your experience with Node.js, technical writing, open-source technologies, Git, and Markdown will be essential. Excellent English communication and remote collaboration skills are crucial for success in our globally distributed team. Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Nodejs , developing high-quality, clean and efficient code
• 1+ years of experience in technical writing
• Proficiency in English
• Passion and experience working with open source technologies
• Experience with Git and markdown
• Since our team is distributed globally, experience in remote collaboration and good communication skills are essential to align with our dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively update the documentation to match the rapid development pace of the development team
• Writing and improving documentation, guides, FAQs, etc
• Developing high quality proof of concept application and example snippets
• Staying aware of questions and issues faced by the community and improving the documentation to support them better

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with C/C++ is a nice to have
