Requirements
- 8+ years of combined agency and in-house recruitment experience, with a proven focus on hiring for product management, product design, and engineering roles
- Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with product leaders to refine recruiting processes and improve hiring decisions, particularly in a fast-moving tech startup environment
- Experience in hiring for complex, cross-functional teams, including software engineering and technical product roles such as Front-End, Back-End Engineers, and more
Responsibilities
- Be a trusted business partner to the Engineering and Product leadership teams, supporting hiring across Product Management, Product Design, Product Documentation, and other key technical and business functions
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from crafting precise job descriptions that speak to product and technical candidates, to sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent
- Engage deeply with hiring managers across product and engineering teams to understand their needs and deliver a steady pipeline of qualified candidates
- Utilize creative strategies to position Veza as an employer of choice in competitive markets, especially for high-demand product roles
- Optimize the use of our ATS (Greenhouse) as both a source of truth and a tool for collaboration, ensuring a seamless hiring process driven by data and continuous improvement
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience for every potential hire, understanding that how we engage with candidates from product and technical backgrounds is crucial to our success
- Make a direct impact on the success of our product teams, driving recruitment efforts that align with long-term business objectives
