Requirements

• 5-6 years of experience in a technical program management or technical enablement role, particularly within revenue enablement at a SaaS company
• Experience developing dynamic and engaging technical training that resonates with various audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
• Ability to proactively identify and address potential challenges before they arise, and you work effectively across departments to deliver comprehensive enablement content
• Aptitude to pick up new technologies and adapt to an evolving tech stack with minimal guidance
• Familiarity with content management and learning management systems, as well as adult learning best practices
• BSc/MSc degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related engineering field is nice to have

Responsibilities

• Enable Technical Teams: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding and continuous learning programs for new hires and existing technical team members
• Content Development: Curate, design, and maintain a library of technical enablement content, including product documentation, demo scripts, technical deep-dives, and best practices guides
• Program Design and Delivery: Build and deliver engaging, interactive training sessions, workshops, and certifications tailored to various learning styles
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to stay informed about product updates and new features
• Performance Measurement: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs
