Technical Lead

Summary

Join Blue Acorn iCi, an Infosys company, as a Workfront Fusion Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and management of enterprise automation solutions. You will be responsible for leading integration strategies, ensuring scalability, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance workflows, visibility, and operational efficiency. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workfront Fusion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion
• Deep understanding of Workfront platform capabilities, APIs, custom forms, object model, and advanced reporting
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns
• Proficiency in data transformation, error handling, and automation logic in Workfront Fusion
• Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce, Jira, Slack, AEM, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Workfront Fusion integrations and automation workflows across systems such as Workfront, Adobe Experience Manager, Salesforce, Jira, Slack, and others
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Workfront Fusion
• Define and enforce integration governance, documentation standards, and reusable frameworks within Workfront Fusion
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to workflows and integrations; monitor system performance and implement improvements
• Provide technical leadership to junior developers or admins; work closely with Workfront system admins, business analysts, and other IT teams
• Drive integration initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Workfront Core and/or Workfront Fusion certifications
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
• Familiarity with project and portfolio management (PPM) principles
• Previous experience in industries like marketing, professional services, or IT operations
