Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining production web applications
  • 2+ years of experience in the ad tech or data analytics industry
  • Proven experience in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in managing projects through the software development lifecycle
  • Ability to align technical decisions with broader business goals
  • Experience working closely with stakeholders
  • Strong desire for continuous learning

Responsibilities

  • As needed, actively contribute as a full stack developer on the EngageFront platform
  • Provide design and architectural recommendations over various web-based platforms in the Pelmorex Data tech stack
  • Guide various teams and products towards a seamless, integrated user experience
  • Find inefficiencies across teams and reduce work that reinvents the wheel
  • Uphold quality and consistency of code, testing, documentation, etc across teams
  • Continuously automating processes to reduce the time from code to production
  • Assess technical risks associated with projects and take steps to mitigate them
  • Help manage prioritize technical tasks, including technical debt
  • Identify and bridge any gaps in communication, help resolve misunderstandings and assumptions
  • Mentor and support fellow developers
  • Provide operational support. Monitor key metrics to identify issues as soon as possible, or even before they occur and take immediate actions to satisfy clients
