Technical Lead

Summary

Softrams is looking for a full-time technical lead to supervise a team of developers, build modern applications for U.S. federal government IT solutions, and have excellent stakeholder management skills. The role requires 8+ years of experience as a developer, expertise in various technologies, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as developer building and architecting large-scale enterprise applications
• Experience implementing on modern technical stacks. Java, Docker, AWS, Node.js, AngularJS, React, Python, PostgreSQL (or Any other RDMS), and Kafka
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and guide a team of developers

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 5-7 full stack developers
• Analyze and understand complex business and engineering challenges
• Create, present, and defend a vision of the functional user-centric solution to the rest of the team
