Summary

Join Endor Labs, a leading Application Security platform company, and make a significant impact on the future of software security. As a Technical Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, building engaging demos and tools, and supporting product launches. You will create content that resonates with developers, AppSec engineers, and security leaders, driving market understanding of reachability analysis and CVE remediation. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with various teams to ensure consistent messaging and real-world value. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in technical product marketing for cybersecurity or developer tools.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical product marketing for cybersecurity or developer tools (AppSec, cloud-native, or DevOps preferred)
  • Proven hands-on technical chops—could be sales engineering, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or similar
  • Strong writer and confident presenter to both practitioner and executive audiences
  • Track record of partnering cross-functionally in a high-velocity, highly technical setting
  • Bias for action and a love of measuring impact

Responsibilities

  • Craft positioning that sticks. Show how Endor Labs reduces noise, accelerates remediation, and secures AI-generated code. Build clear narratives for platform teams, AppSec engineers, and CISOs
  • Support product launches. Own the technical track for product launches—blog posts, live demos, diagrams, webinars, tutorials, and field guides
  • Build enablement that wins deals. Create hands-on labs, demo assets, battlecards, and training that give sales and partners an edge
  • Create content that converts. Write deep-dive posts, solution briefs, whitepapers, and videos that turn complex analysis (call graphs, EPSS, AI agents) into aha moments
  • Lead competitive research. Analyze legacy SCA, SAST, and CNAPP vendors. Turn insights into positioning pages and objection-handling kits
  • Partner across teams. Work daily with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our message matches real-world value

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with open-source ecosystems, SBOM standards, and frameworks like SLSA
  • Experience marketing AI or security products that integrate into developer workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, IDE extensions)

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision and Mental Health plans
  • 401(k) plan to support your longterm financial goals
  • Flexible PTO to maintain a healthy work-life balance (we want you here for the long-haul!)
  • Opportunities for co-working and team meetups to foster collaboration
  • A dog-friendly office environment for those who love to bring their fur babies along
