Summary
Join Arlo Solutions as a Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, execution, and lifecycle management of enterprise learning platforms, including the Arlo LMS and CDAO LMS. This role bridges design experts, the Center of Innovation, and cross-functional teams. You will balance high-level planning and solutioning with operational oversight and agile facilitation, ensuring mission-driven delivery and continuous improvement. The position requires strong solutioning, agile delivery, and technical oversight experience. Location is remote with on-site requirements in Washington, D.C. Responsibilities include planning and technical solutioning, agile coordination, risk management, monitoring and operational oversight, reporting and communication, and go-to-market collaboration.
Requirements
- 5β7 years of experience supporting software development and delivery projects, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales)
- Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions
- Exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends
- Collaborate with Engaged Agility experts to support design of the Arlo LMS and CDAO LMS
- Develop and transition detailed technical roadmaps for product evolution and enhancement
- Architect solution strategies that align with enterprise digital ecosystem goals and learning objectives
- Serve as technical authority in evaluating trade-offs and integration strategies with existing systems
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) across platform development and implementation teams
- Maintain dynamic product backlogs to ensure alignment with mission priorities
- Serve as Scrum Master/Product Owner hybrid when necessary to maintain delivery velocity
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage technical, programmatic, and schedule-related risks
- Implement adaptive mitigation strategies with frequent reassessment loops
- Own the product lifecycle from implementation to operational excellence post-handoff from Engaged Agility
- Monitor product performance metrics, system uptime, and user feedback to drive iterative improvements
- Ensure platform security, compliance, and usability across user communities
- Provide high-fidelity reports to stakeholders across the Center of Innovation (enterprise and project sides)
- Communicate key milestones, risks, and recommendations with clarity and strategic insight
- Prepare briefings for leadership visibility and executive decision-making
- Go to Market Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive projects forward, including, Sales, Product Team, Business Development, Marketing, and Legal
- Synthesize and prioritize feedback from GTM, and Sales teams to influence product priorities and strategy
- Lead the rollout of product features and capabilities executing a successful sales activation strategy
- Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing to develop sales materials (narratives, pitch decks, case studies, etc.) and partner with GTM to drive internal and external commercialization
- Help define success metrics, track product adoption, and business impact
Preferred Qualifications
Leveraging AI tools and automation frameworks to optimize workflows, reduce manual effort, and enhance productivity across program management, documentation, and solution development activities
