Requirements

  • Strong technical background, with at least 8-10 years experience in software development or engineering product management, preferably in the healthcare space
  • Proven experience in product management in a highly technical business unit
  • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations, standards, and best practices
  • Experience managing the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and clinical experts, to define and prioritize product features and requirements
  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and meets the needs of our healthcare customers
  • Translate clinical and operational needs into clear and actionable product specifications
  • Ensure that all products comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and ongoing optimization
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and identify new opportunities
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction, using data and analytics to drive decision-making
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Integrate financial considerations into product development to align decisions with business goals and ensure value delivery. This includes managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support product investments and strategic planning
