Technical Product Manager

Summary

Join Frontify's brand new Ecosystem team as a Technical Product Manager to build integration solutions connecting Frontify to the wider world. Collaborate with developers, internal teams, and external partners to transform integration ideas into working products. This role requires a deep understanding of technical aspects, including building, scaling, and improving integrations. You will drive project execution, serve as the primary point of contact for integration coordination, write clear requirements, and ensure quality and functionality. The position involves identifying process inefficiencies, managing multiple projects, and supporting junior talent through an internship program. Work in a hybrid format with on-site presence in St. Gallen, Switzerland, two days a week.

Requirements

• Work in a hybrid format where you’re able to work on-site in our St. Gallen, Switzerland office 2 times a week, and then choose where works best for you for the rest of the week
• Hold 4+ years of experience in technical product or project management in a SaaS environment
• Successfully launched and iterated on technical products or integrations — balancing scope, quality, and user needs
• Scoped and delivered complex projects, and delivered constraints without compromising quality or timelines
• A clear, proactive communicator who collaborates easily across diverse teams and individuals
• Bring a structured, strategic approach to balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced, technical environment
• Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with developers and aligning on project needs
• Understand the foundations of web technologies and cloud-based software environments

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful execution of integration projects in collaboration with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment and timely delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related coordination, facilitating communication across Product, Technical Solutions, and Commercial teams
• Write clear requirements, track deliverables, and partner with QA and developers to ensure the quality and functionality of integration builds
• Engage in technical discussions to understand feature requests, issues, and ongoing project needs whilst supporting teams with small-scale troubleshooting when needed
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements that support how integrations are scoped, developed, and maintained
• Balance multiple integration projects and stakeholders while keeping timelines, quality, and communication on track
• Apply your knowledge of cloud-based software environments to support scalable, reliable integration delivery
• Support the growth of junior talent by managing our new internship program focused on product integrations
