- Robust background in managing and optimizing fault-tolerant and high-availability systems within a UCaaS platform environment
- Significant hands-on experience with key technologies such as Asterisk, Kamailio, Redis, Kafka, and other relevant technologies
- Deep understanding of the above systems, including their configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for high availability
- Strategic mindset, capable of devising and executing plans to ensure the stability and resilience of large-scale, real-time communication systems
- Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to ensure system stability and resilience
- Strong project management skills, capable of accurately managing projects according to story points, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
- Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and integration of features and infrastructure into the Unite platform
