• Significant hands-on experience with key technologies such as Asterisk, Kamailio, Redis, Kafka, and other relevant technologies
• Deep understanding of the above systems, including their configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization for high availability
• Strategic mindset, capable of devising and executing plans to ensure the stability and resilience of large-scale, real-time communication systems
• Proven track record in developing and implementing strategies to ensure system stability and resilience
• Strong project management skills, capable of accurately managing projects according to story points, and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives
• Ability to lead and mentor a technical team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and leadership abilities
