Requirements

• Experienced Technical Product Manager or Product Leader with solid engineering skills
• 6+ years of experience working on technical products
• 4+ years of experience working with a high-growth tech company
• 2+ years of experience managing people
• Deep knowledge of the AEC industry and the main software applications Speckle currently interacts with
• Extensive understanding of desktop software development and its implications when dealing with a plugin architecture like our connectors

Responsibilities

• Completely own the team's products and features, from ideation, through development, to launch, growth, and maintenance
• Set the team's goals, success metrics, and roadmap to align with Speckle's mission
• Regularly talk and engage with our users and customers to ensure their needs are accounted for and prioritized
• Manage complexity, both product wise: focus on an outstanding user experience and deliver on business needs as well as technical wise: be involved in technical conversations and get as hands-on as possible to ensure complexity stays low and the team delivers high quality features
• Mentor and guide team members, providing guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development
• Collaborate with our Web and Growth teams to ensure seamless integration and communication
