Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on technical experience (e.g., software development, systems engineering)
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Able to build alignment, translate strategy, make tough decisions, and communicate trade-offs
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach to edge cases and usability
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable user and business outcomes
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical and infrastructure driven efforts into simplified market-winning initiatives
  • Experience leading technical projects with engineering teams

Responsibilities

  • Own features end-to-end. Write clear PRDs, develop wireframes, document functionality, coordinate across teams, and lead execution to deliver results
  • Prioritize effectively. Balance operations, foundational improvements, and new features to deliver maximum value
  • Know your customer. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Customer Success to deeply understand customer needs and ensure you're solving the right problems. Conduct user interviews, research and competitive analysis to validate
  • Drive impact. Define problems, propose solutions, estimate impact, and lead execution. Navigate trade-offs, risks, data, and stakeholder expectations through clear communication

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud storage, file synchronization, file sharing, and role-based access control products including Dropbox, Box.com, and Proton
  • Deep understanding of encryption methodologies, including end-to-end encryption (E2EE) and zero-knowledge (ZK) architecture
  • Excellent project management skills
