Summary
Join Wiz, a rapidly growing cloud security company, as a Senior GTM Systems Analyst, Post-Sales. You will play a key role in shaping the post-sales systems strategy, focusing on tools like PSA software, Renewals, Community, Product, and Support. This involves designing and managing a scalable technology stack, overseeing project lifecycles, managing intake requests, building relationships across teams, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate possesses extensive revenue operations expertise, proven technology ownership, and a detail-oriented, strategic approach. You will be responsible for optimizing systems for usability, scale, and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with company goals and world-class post-sales solutions.
Requirements
- Revenue Operations Expertise: You have 5+ years in revenue operations or product management, with experience in supporting revenue-generating teams and balancing technical and business needs
- Proven Technology Ownership: Youβve managed similar tools before, with a focus on optimizing systems like Salesforce, PSA software, or Community platforms to scale processes and enhance user experience
- Detail-Oriented and Process-Driven: You excel at documenting processes, designing workflows, and managing projects with a structured, detail-focused approach
- Strategic and Long-Term Focused: Balancing immediate needs with a future vision, you consider the scalability and impact of system changes on the organization as a whole
- Collaborative and Relationship-Oriented: You build strong, trust-based relationships across teams, listen to stakeholder needs, and communicate effectively
- Adaptable and Proactive: Comfortable with ambiguity, youβre resourceful and create processes to support complex systems, prioritizing solutions that make an impact

Responsibilities
- Own Post-Sales Systems Strategy: Design and manage our approach to post-sales systems, ensuring tools are optimized for usability, scale, and effectiveness
- Project Leadership: Oversee project lifecycles from intake through to completion, using Unified Requirements & Evaluation Documents (UREDs) to establish clear goals, scope, and success criteria
- Intake Request Management: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs, address pain points, and prioritize requests
- Relationship Building: Partner with teams across departments to understand requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate effective communication
- Continuous Improvement: Research best practices and industry standards to ensure our post-sales systems meet the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction
