Requirements
- Experience as a product manager or program manager, ideally working on internal tools, infrastructure, or service operations
- Strong empathy for non-technical users. You know how to listen, translate, and advocate on their behalf
- Comfort working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) and collaborating with compliance and security stakeholders
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with internal tools, development platforms and IT support. You donโt have to be an engineer, but you should have a solid understanding of the domain
- Able to manage complexity, build trust, and make progress even when priorities shift or stakeholders need extra guidance
Responsibilities
- Internal Product Ownership: Define and evolve roadmaps for internal systems like identity management, deployment tooling, monitoring dashboards, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases
- Stakeholder Enablement: Work closely with non-technical teams (claims, member services, provider relations, etc.) to understand pain points and translate them into technical requirements
- Compliance Awareness: Help operational teams stay ahead of compliance, security, and other regulatory needsโwithout overwhelming them. Design workflows and tools that support compliance by default
- Process Optimization: Improve how teams request, access and use ย IT services, platforms and tooling. Optimizing the incident response processes. Bring a product mindset to process design and documentation
- Collaboration Across Functions: Partner with IT, DevOps to ensure technical initiatives align with business goals and day-to-day workflows
- Prioritization & Communication: Act as a hub for feedback, issue triage, and prioritization. Communicate tradeoffs and timelines clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
