Technical Product Manager - DevOps

Requirements

• Experience as a product manager or program manager, ideally working on internal tools, infrastructure, or service operations
• Strong empathy for non-technical users. You know how to listen, translate, and advocate on their behalf
• Comfort working in regulated environments (e.g., healthcare, insurance, finance) and collaborating with compliance and security stakeholders
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with internal tools, development platforms and IT support. You don’t have to be an engineer, but you should have a solid understanding of the domain
• Able to manage complexity, build trust, and make progress even when priorities shift or stakeholders need extra guidance

Responsibilities

• Internal Product Ownership: Define and evolve roadmaps for internal systems like identity management, deployment tooling, monitoring dashboards, ticketing platforms, and knowledge bases
• Stakeholder Enablement: Work closely with non-technical teams (claims, member services, provider relations, etc.) to understand pain points and translate them into technical requirements
• Compliance Awareness: Help operational teams stay ahead of compliance, security, and other regulatory needs—without overwhelming them. Design workflows and tools that support compliance by default
• Process Optimization: Improve how teams request, access and use  IT services, platforms and tooling. Optimizing the incident response processes. Bring a product mindset to process design and documentation
• Collaboration Across Functions: Partner with IT, DevOps to ensure technical initiatives align with business goals and day-to-day workflows
• Prioritization & Communication: Act as a hub for feedback, issue triage, and prioritization. Communicate tradeoffs and timelines clearly to a wide range of stakeholders
