Summary
Join Data Ideology as a Technical Product Owner and contribute your expertise to our healthcare services industry client. You will be a key member of an Agile team, responsible for ensuring the development team focuses on the customer's most important needs. Partnering with the Product Manager, you will act as the 'voice of the customer,' managing key relationships to maintain business alignment with IT. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, data science, computer science) required
- 3+ years of data analytics experience
- 2+ years of Product Owner experience
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and SAFe, and experience working in a scaled agile environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of the product lifecycle and the ability to communicate requirements to developers
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories are well-defined, feasible, and aligned with the strategic goals
- Participate in all phases of the product roadmap including early stage discovery through completion focusing specifically on development
- Work closely with business stakeholders, customers, and the team to define and prioritize features and improvements
- Understanding the needs of our customers and continuously seeking feedback to enhance the teams performance
- Coordinate with design, product management, and architecture teams to capture requirements
- Partner with internal teams to solve problems and identify trends/opportunities. Informs, influences, and supports product decisions, development, and launch
- Clearly articulate and communicate detailed requirements to development teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Collaborate with architects, designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet customer and business needs
